Headaches are one of the most common reasons that people will present to our office (aside from neck and back pain).  Most people think that it’s “normal” to have a headache once or twice a week.  This concerns us as we think headaches are a huge sign of dysfunction in your upper cervical spine, in the muscle tone around your shoulders and back of your head or with your cranial motion and things like sinus drainage.
